You have a home gym and prefer the comfort & safety in your environment. This option is where I come to you within a 5 mile radius of downtown Whitefish.
$115 for 1 session

8-weeks is the minimum amount of time for you to feel or see progress. Enjoy a 15% discount when you've been with me for three consecutive 8-week blocks.
Skipped workouts will be moved to the following week and many unused lessons that accrue will not be credited to future payment blocks.
You are not paying for lesson plans, you're investing in a coach's presence to help you be safe, increase accountability, & get results
$300 is a flat rate regardless if you want to work out 2 or 5 days a week. Most organizations have a cookie cutter plans with little direction when it comes to modifications, scaling, & skills development, warm up, & range of motion & accessory skill work custom to your body. But the reality is, you're going to travel, get sick, or become stressed from life that can affect your motivation. The bulk of my services is being present with you throughout the week to answer questions and comment on your workout reflections. These experiences help me create your plans for the next week; I may adjust frequency, intensity, & load depending on the feedback & results from your workouts, changing schedule or stressful changes that are upcoming in your life.
