8-weeks is the minimum amount of time for you to feel or see progress. Enjoy a 15% discount when you've been with me for three consecutive 8-week blocks.
Skipped workouts will be moved to the following week and many unused lessons that accrue will not be credited to future payment blocks.

$300 is a flat rate regardless if you want to work out 2 or 5 days a week. Most organizations have a cookie cutter plans with little direction when it comes to modifications, scaling, & skills development, warm up, & range of motion & accessory skill work custom to your body. But the reality is, you're going to travel, get sick, or become stressed from life that can affect your motivation. The bulk of my services is being present with you throughout the week to answer questions and comment on your workout reflections. These experiences help me create your plans for the next week; I may adjust frequency, intensity, & load depending on the feedback & results from your workouts, changing schedule or stressful changes that are upcoming in your life.
If you're a local personal training client, virtual coaching is an opportunity to stick to your goals when you're out of your normal routines... eating more, drinking more, sleeping differently, and are going to be either very lazy or very active when you're traveling.
