You may need more time to consider my services, and I welcome that! I want you to be all-in and ready for commitment.
Custom workout plans: If you're remote, I'll set up a video call to observe your range of motion and some basic skill knowledge of movements. You'll receive instructions to communicate in a training platform throughout the week.
Private training: if you're local, whether you come to me or I come to you, you're in good hands. Providing you with the perfect challenge while keeping you safe & coming back for more is the priority.
